How does it work? Our managed service is straight-forward. You delegate access to your third-party management portal (such as Mimecast) to our team. When you have an issue, you send it by email to the Cloudiance portal, where it’s managed by our 24/7 ticketing system, where a history of your interactions with us is stored, and viewable by both of us for collaboration. In the same place, we keep your invoices, and a record of any voice mail you’ve left for us. Did we mention we offer return phone calls during regular business hours?

Based in the United States, we speak English as a first language. Each of our team members has a minimum of ten years relevant IT experience, having worked across most industries, including for instance, financial, marketing, entertainment, small business, government, hospitality, health care, and retail. We’re familiar with specialized needs when you have them, including regulatory requirements. Only our core-team, based in the U.S.A., manages your services for you.

Our pricing starts at $100/month for Mimecast management, for small businesses with up to 25 employees, and standard needs (up to four changes per month). There’s usually no set-up fee, although we may ask for one if you have a particularly complicated environment from an IT perspective. If you have more employees, or a complex environment, please contact us for a quote, or for a personal call to discuss collaboration (please let us know your time-zone, and best times/days to reach you).

Cloudiance managed services are low-risk. Payment is month-to-month in advance, automated using credit card, paypal, or e-check. To cancel, selected Cancel Service from within our managed portal, and for the third-party services to which you’ve privileged us, un-delegate access to our team.

Because we don’t usually charge a setup fee, we do expect customers to stay with us a minimum of 12 months from initial service setup, except in the case you’re not satisfied with our managed services. Cloudiance managed services are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like our services, let us know why in a ticket, and give us 7 days to correct the situation, otherwise, we’ll return the current period’s service fee.
